Define
We review what you have, walk through the product, and look at what you know about its users. Together, we agree on the problem, what to keep, and what to tackle first.

We map key flows, explore the interface, and prototype important interactions. You see work in progress early, so we can resolve questions and decide what moves forward.

We finish the screens and code, check the experience across devices and edge states, then document the components and decisions. We close by walking your team through what’s ready and what still needs attention.
